Mia's Dorm

"Well here we are the dorms which one is yours?" Zaitashi had a slight smile on his face he would have preferred to have flown here but he didn't want to make Mia carry everything and besides she seemed against flight for some reason.

Mia lead Zaitashi up to her dorm opening the door walking in setting the watermelons down.

Zaitashi stayed outside her dorm room he didn't want to go in especially into a girls room he was already uncomfortable as it was just being around one. "U-umm I'll set this down here and think I'll be on my way." Zaitashi set down the spice case and turned to leave.

Mia took his arm."Please let me cook for you."Mia said smiling.

"W-wait w-what why?" Zaitashi was really nervous he didn't want to be around the girl more than he had to and her holding onto his arm was making him slightly panicked.

Mia let go and walked into the dorm kind of sad leaving the stuff outside shutting the door sitting on her couch holding her knees in darkness."And the curse of the Hyper dog kicks in..."Mia said refering to the fact of her never making friends.

Zaitashi knocked lightly on the door. "H-hey you in there?" Zaitashi sighed. "Good job idiot now she thinks you hate her.......why do I have to be so nervous around girls." Zaitashi sat down next to the spice case. "Well that could have gone better."

Mia crept over to the door her tail wrapped around her leg her ears pressed to her head her face still soaked with tears.

"Zaitashi your an idiot finally get close to someone and it's a girl too and you still get nervous. Ahhhhhh this is so stupid why am I always so nervous around girls this makes no sense." Zaitashi stood and started on off down the hall.

Mia peeked out the door looking like a shy sad puppy.

Zaitashi was almost to the end of the hall. "GAHHHHHH YOU FREAKING IDIOT NOW YOU'VE RUINED IT SMOOTH MOVE." Zaitashi turned the corner and started down the stairwell.

Mia followed Zaitashi still like a sad little puppy.

Zaitashi was angry with himself he felt as if he had gone and ruined his first chance at having a friend and things seemed to be going well to. "Well what now genius it's not like you can just go back and say sorry oh yea that'll work well won't it." Zaitashi stormed out of the building and across the yard towards the front gate. "I'm going home I had a chance to do things right and I blew it nice work and then you wonder why you don't have any friends."

Mia tripped and fell making a loud thud Mia started to cry again.

Zaitashi heard a sound back behind him and someone starting to cry. He turned and saw Mia. She was on the ground crying though he wasn't sure why. He rushed over to her. "H-hey what's the matter? Are you ok?"

Mia wipped her tears nodded trying to get up but she had hurt her ankle.

Zaitashi caught Mia. "You've hurt you ankle. Her let's get you back to your room." Zaitashi swept his arms under Mia picking her up in a cradle like hold and he shot into the air and back towards the dorm building. Once outside he went back inside and carried her up to her room. The door sat open apparently from when she left he walked in and set her on the couch. He went back to the door stepped out and grabbed the spice box pulling it inside then closed the door and he then went to her kitchen and got some ice and he pulled out a small cloth set the ice inside and then went and put it on Mia's ankle. "Leave that there for awhile it'll stop it from swelling."

Mia nodded still acting like a sad puppy.

Zaitashi saw that Mia's ears laid kinda flat and that he excitement was gone. "H-Hey about before I didn't mean anything by it I get nervous around people mostly around girls I'm not sure why really but I've never really been good around them so I would just like to say sorry for acting as I had and I'd like to make it up to you if I could." Zaitashi sat in a chair that was next to the couch looking over at Mia hoping to see her cheer up a little.

Mia's ears went up back to normal and she smiled lightly.

Zaitashi smiled a little at seeing Mia's ears perk back up. "Well if you would like I can stay for a bit i'm not really in any rush to get home anyway besides you shouldn't do much with your ankle hurt as is." Zaitashi wasn't sure how but he was starting to calm down and he wasn't feeling so nervous.

Mia shook her head smiling."i'll be okay."

Some of the glint in Zaitashi's eyes faded just when he thought he was doing well and he could actually talk to a girl she turned him down. "Oh u-uh ok." Zaitashi's voice had lost a bit of it's cheerfulness but barely enough to be noticeable.

Thunder and lightning began to crash outside Mia shot up and jumped into Zaitashi's lap shaking almost crying."D-Dont leave."

Zaitashi smiled but he felt his nervousness coming back but he held it back the best he could. "I-I'll stay till the storm passes." With how nervous Zaitashi was he was sure that Mia would hear how nervous his voice sounded.
